Career Framework Series

The Career Development team approached me to create a series introducing learners to the basics of the Career Framework.

The stakeholders wanted to ensure that the information was broken down into easy-to-understand modules and determined the three topics would be Finding Your Path at dentsu, Ignite Your Development at dentsu, and Leveling 101.

I started this project by gathering and analyzing information and assets from the Career Development team, which helped me design the overall series storyboard and goals. Once I segmented the materials into the three topics, I began course development in Stroyline, produced the voice-over audio in Premiere Pro, and inserted closed captions. I then shared the review link with the stakeholders, moved to testing in dentsu’s sandbox environment, and eventually put each course into production in Cornerstone.

The series’ tone was meant to maintain dentsu’s brand guidelines while being informational, engaging, and approachable.

The Career Development team was ecstatic with the final product, and the series continued to receive high praise throughout the organization.
