Your Performance

The HR team asked me to develop a course that could introduce dentsu's performance policies to second-week employees.

The team wanted to give learners guidelines, approaches, and tips for performance development and conversations but not overwhelm them by getting too in the weeds.

I started by analyzing dentsu’s policies and live learning sessions regarding employee performance and working with SMEs to ensure the course covered the pertinent information. Next, I laid out the script and storyboard design, developed the content and interactivities in Stroyline, produced the voice-over audio, and inserted closed captions. The stakeholders were given the review link before testing in dentsu’s sandbox environment before eventually going into production in Cornerstone.

The course had an encouraging and accessible design, which looked aesthetically pleasing and chunked the content into bite-sized pieces.

The HR team thought the course looked great and felt new joiners would obtain the necessary information to grow with dentsu.
